How we work

Four steps from a message in Telegram to a parcel. None of them starts without your approval.

01. Request

Send a photo, a drawing, an STL file or simply describe the task in words. We come back with a price and a lead time within a few working hours. Quoting is free.

02. Model

We create or adapt the 3D model and show you a render with dimensions. Printing does not start until you say yes. If you already have a model, we skip this step.

03. Printing

We select the material and print settings for the task, print, and check every part — geometry, surface, fit. If needed we finish it: remove supports, sand, smooth ABS and ASA to a gloss.

04. Delivery

Nova Poshta across Ukraine, usually 1–2 days, or pickup in Kharkiv. We pack so that the part arrives intact.

Deadlines and honest agreements

Typical turnaround is from 24 hours: the farm runs around the clock and backup power covers the usual grid outages, so deadlines do not depend on the blackout schedule. Price and dispatch date are fixed before we start. If something goes wrong, you are the first to know.

What it costs — on the pricing page. What exactly we print — on the custom 3D printing page.

FAQ

What should I send to get a quote?

A model (STL, STEP, 3MF), or a photo, drawing or sketch with dimensions, or simply a description of the task. The more you tell us about how the part works, the better our material advice.

How fast do you reply?

We come back with a price and a lead time within a few working hours.

When does printing start?

Only after your approval: first we show the model and dimensions, agree the material and price, and only then queue the part.

How do I receive the finished part?

Nova Poshta across Ukraine, usually 1–2 days, or pickup in Kharkiv.
