3D printing prices

Price per gram of material

The calculation starts from the weight of the finished part and the material we print it in. This is a turnkey price: model preparation, printing, support removal and basic cleanup are already included.

MaterialPrice per gramWhen it is chosen
PETG4–8 UAH/gthe universal workhorse: enclosures, brackets, everyday parts
ABS / ASA5–10 UAH/gheat resistance, outdoor use, parts to be painted
TPU (flexible)8–15 UAH/ggaskets, dampers, protective elements
PA-CF / PET-CF (composites)15–25 UAH/gloaded and rigid parts, metal replacement

Not sure which material you need? We will advise — or read the materials overview.

These are guidelines, not a blind price list: the exact figure comes once we see the model or a photo of the part. Quoting is free.

Estimate it yourself in 30 seconds

Multiply the approximate part weight by the price per gram of your material. A 100 g PETG part is roughly 400–800 UAH. Then check two limits: the 200–300 UAH minimum order and, if you have no file, 300–800 UAH for modeling.

What drives the final figure

  • Plastic volume — not the outer size, but how much material actually goes into the part.
  • Infill and walls — a shelf piece and a loaded bracket print differently.
  • Supports — complex geometry adds material and finishing time.
  • Material — from PETG to composites the difference is several times over.
  • Quantity — a batch of 10–50 is 20–40% cheaper per part.
  • Urgency — printing out of turn adds 30–50%.

How to get an exact quote

  1. Send the model (STL, STEP, 3MF), a photo, a sketch or a description with dimensions.
  2. We advise on material and calculate price and lead time — usually the same day.
  3. Once agreed, we print and ship with Nova Poshta across Ukraine in 1–2 days.

FAQ

What is the minimum order?

The minimum is 200–300 UAH. It covers preparing the model for printing, setting up the printer and the print itself, so several small parts are cheaper ordered together.

What is included in the price and what is extra?

The turnkey price includes model preparation, printer setup, printing, support removal and basic cleanup. Extra finishing (sanding, painting, threaded inserts) and rush printing out of turn (+30–50%) are quoted separately.

How much does 3D modeling cost if I have no file?

A simple part from a photo, drawing or sample is roughly 300–800 UAH. Complex assemblies are quoted individually. With an existing STL or STEP no modeling is needed.

Is a batch cheaper?

Yes, noticeably. Preparation happens once and the printer runs the batch unattended, so a series of 10–50 parts is usually 20–40% cheaper per piece.

How do I get an exact quote?

Send the model (STL, STEP, 3MF), a photo or a description to Telegram @Antana_studio or hello@antana3d.com — we will calculate the price and lead time and advise on material.

Does the price depend on part size?

Not on outer dimensions but on plastic volume, print time, material and quality requirements. A solid composite part costs several times more than a hollow PETG part of the same size.
