Custom 3D printing

What we print

  • Enclosures and brackets — from a single instrument housing to a batch of mounts.
  • Mechanism components — gears, bushings, holders, parts that work under load.
  • Replacement parts — when the original is discontinued or takes months to arrive.
  • Containers and lids — organisers, boxes, protective covers.
  • Flexible elements — gaskets, dampers and protective pads in TPU.
  • Small batches — from one part to hundreds, with a fixed price and deadline.

TechnologyFDM, a fleet of Bambu Lab P1S printers
Layer heightfrom 0.08 mm — layer lines barely visible
Solid part sizeup to 250×250×250 mm, larger printed in sections
Print speedup to 500 mm/s (CoreXY)
MaterialsPLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, PC, PA (nylon), PA-CF / PET-CF

Typical turnaroundfrom 24 hours, the farm runs 24/7
Finishingsupport removal, sanding, chemical smoothing for ABS/ASA

Backup power covers the usual grid outages — deadlines do not depend on the blackout schedule.

The material is chosen for the job

Not "whatever is on the shelf", but what the part actually needs: PETG for functional items, ABS and ASA when heat and outdoor exposure matter, TPU for flexible elements, PA-CF / PET-CF composites for loaded parts that replace metal ones. Not sure? Describe the working conditions and we will advise. Full list: materials for 3D printing.

What custom 3D printing costs

A small part under 20 g — 200–350 UAH, a bracket or enclosure of 50–150 g — 350–900 UAH, a large item of 200–500 g — 900–2500 UAH. The turnkey price already includes model preparation, printing, support removal and basic cleanup. The full table with the price per gram of every material is on the pricing page.

How an order works

  1. Request. Send a photo, a drawing, an STL file or a description. We come back with a price and a lead time within a few working hours.
  2. Model. We create or adapt the 3D model and show you a render with dimensions. Printing does not start until you say yes.
  3. Printing. We select the material and settings, print, and check geometry, surface and fit on every part.
  4. Delivery. Nova Poshta across Ukraine in 1–2 days, or pickup in Kharkiv.

Why us

  • One team for model and print — no separate contractor to brief twice.
  • Surface quality — layer from 0.08 mm, finishing up to full gloss.
  • Speed — CoreXY printers and a 24/7 farm, typical turnaround from 24 hours.
  • Blackout-independent — backup power keeps the farm running.

  • Direct contact — ANTANA is two engineers from Kharkiv; you talk to the people who model and print your part.

FAQ

Which files do you accept?

STL, STEP and 3MF go straight to print. If you do not have a model, send a photo, a drawing, a sketch or a description with dimensions and we will model it — roughly 300–800 UAH for a simple part.

What is the largest part you can print?

A solid part up to 250×250×250 mm. Larger items are printed in sections, joined precisely and assembled, so overall size is not a limitation.

How long does an order take?

Typical turnaround is from 24 hours — the printers run 24/7. The exact dispatch date is fixed together with the price before printing starts.

Can I collect the part in Kharkiv?

Yes, pickup in Kharkiv is possible. Everywhere else in Ukraine we ship with Nova Poshta, usually 1–2 days.

Do you print series of identical parts?

Yes, from one part to hundreds. In a batch of 10–50 pieces the price per part is usually 20–40% lower than for a single item.

What if I do not know which plastic I need?

Describe how the part will work: load, temperature, outdoors, flexibility. We will pick the material — from PETG to carbon-fibre reinforced composites.
